The owners made our stay comfortuble and very easy nothing was to much trouble
☺ The property was clean, beautifully attended and a home atmosphere. The owners could not do enough for us. Did our washing and Giannis picked us up from the ferry at 4.15am and the morning we left met us later  at the port with our bags. Highly recommend

Nice hotel with big room and balcony
☺ Family Hotel. Free cake in the kitchen. Big room, fridge, kettle. Balcony overlooking the water. Giannis collected us from the Port and dropped us off helping with luggage. Many steps up to the property but a quick walk down to the waterfront with many Cafes, ATM's, bus stop. Air con, Wifi, stairs to upper rooms. Very friendly, helpful owners

☺La chambre, la vue exceptionnelle sur le vieux port. Et particulièrement l’accueil de l’hôtesse Maria et sa volonté à nous accommoder et à faire de notre séjour un moment agréable.

Perfect!
We have been island hopping in Greece for a few years now and this is a really great family hotel. A hotel that was that little bit extra for us! The son picked us up at the harbor and already indicated some important places, when we arrived he gave us a coffee and a folder in which he gave all the necessary explanations. Then la Mama such a sweet caring woman who even did our laundry with great pleasure 🥰 washed, dried and folded. We would have been very happy with just washed ❤️. Very very friendly run family hotel. Spotless. Views over the harbour. Modern. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room,but also in the family kitchen, homemade cake or biscuits available every day. 1 downside, very high up in the village & lots of steps, so not suitable if unfit. We were received for 5 days by Maria and Yannis as if we were family. Yannis comes to pick us up at the port and gives us all the good addresses on the island And Maria offers you coffee and homemade cake whenever you want. Best Place to Stay in Ermoupoli on Syros
We stayed at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse for 49 nights. John and his mother Maria were very gracious hosts who made our stay perfect. We stayed on the third floor of a newly renovated room with an unobstructed view of the port. We normally find a place when we arrive, but in early spring, when the renovations were done, John sent us a video of the room and it did not disappoint. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The air conditioner was quiet. There was a queen sized bed which was hard enough to support one's back. The cleaning staff came to clean every day. Sheets and towels were changed frequently.. The shower was excellent: hot and powerful. We had a coffee pot to heat up water for instant coffee. We had coffee, juice, and cut up fruit with a biscotti for breakfast. Our hosts also had free coffee and cake in the downstairs sitting room. The guesthouse is a half mile walk to the port and the center of Ermoupoli. Being in a large town, one would expect a lot of noise but this was not the case. John gave us great tips on the beaches to go to and the upcoming events. One night we left our key in the room and had to ring the bell to be let in. Maria has a room in the back and was kind enough to let us in at 12:30 a.m. If you are looking for a family run place where you are treated like family, this is your place. Because we were there for 49 days, we got a good rate in the room. The only tricky thing was the parking. The parking gets challenging in the summer as you must park on the street and in some cases, on the sidewalk. If you don't rent a car or motorcycle or scooter, John will offer to take you to the airport or port. When we left, John presented us with some handmade pottery which are wonderful mementos of our glorious stay on Syros.

Εμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο μόνο μία νύχτα αλλά πέρασα εξαιρετικα. Μου δόθηκε η σουίτα "ΗΛΙΟΣ" με θέα στο λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ομορφο και επιμελώς διακοσμημένο. Το κρεββάτι απίστευτα βολικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Οι οικοδεσπότες κ. Γιάννης και η κ. John et sa maman étaient adorables. Un accueil très chaleureux. Ils nous ont donnés plein de conseils des meilleurs coins à visiter à Syros. Leurs chambres sont très propres, rien à redire. Wonderful stay and the owner is a very nice person.
The owner of this hotel was very accommodating and just super nice. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry port - no charge. The room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The hotel was close to the city center. Would highly recommend.
